Our Story

Pictured here are the two founders, Adam and Noah. After graduating from university, they both fell in love with the game of pickleball. At first, it was a casual hobby. But eventually, their competitive natures took over.

As they looked to upgrade their equipment, they couldn't believe the $250 price tag brands were charging to get decent paddles. So, Vyrtex was born. And the journey to make the best, affordable pickleball gear for all players began. This was not easy. Due to the high standards that Adam and Noah maintained for Vyrtex equipment. They wanted the gear to be stylish while still outperforming the pricey competition on the court.

The Challenge

The founders knew making great paddles wouldn't be cheap. And that competing for market share with big sports retailers wouldn't be easy. So, they decided the paddle must be so good it would speak for itself. This made them work extremely hard. They focused on every detail to make a better paddle than the ones on the market. After months of testing and design work, they created the Vyrtex Precision 10. Noah and Adam knew right away after testing the final version that the Precision 10 paddle would be the best carbon paddle for under $100.

Our Solution

We aimed to make our paddles among the most controllable on the market. Hence the model name Precision 10. We did this while also making the paddle produce enough spin to dominate at higher levels. To do this, we decided on using a 16mm honeycomb core to maintain great control and a huge sweet spot.

The paddles also use 3K carbon fiber for its durability. Shown by its wide use in the aircraft industry. The paddle's face has a raw, textured carbon surface. Making it grip the ball and produce elite spin. The carbon fiber face is also among the strongest and most durable on the market. Meaning, It won't lose spin potential as the paddle wears in like some other brands.

Our Vision

At Vyrtex, we're not only selling paddles. We want to leave a lasting impression on the industry by helping all players get better. As we grow, we plan to work with top pickleball players and industry leaders. We want to showcase Vyrtex's dedication to performance. We will make more products to stay at the top of the industry in quality and customer service. We also aim to make all our products financially accessible. Allowing for everyday players to improve their game without leaving a dent in their wallets.

What's Next

We're making more cool stuff, like shirts and accessories. We have two more paddles on the way and lots of new gear. We are becoming more active in the community. We are posting many helpful performance tips on our blog and YouTube. And all in all, we want to help keep the sport of Pickleball fun and motivating for everyone. We're planning events and lessons in Boise. We want to help you with your Pickleball goals, whatever they are.
